Not only that, it also depends on your web browser. You can configure your web browser so that your web pages that can be shown in multiple languages shows in the language you have chosen.

For Firefox, go into options and then content. Verify there what is the default preferred language.

It happened to me too. Just log in like normal. And log out. It works fine. Its something to do with Facebook itself, not our personal browsers.
