I need your help guys.

Today i tried to log in game and i got msg that my account is blocked. When i log in MYKOL it say im banned for 999 days, but it doesnt say why im banned.
Apparently i was banned at 06. october 2009 at 15:46 hour, when i wasnt online.

I send ticket, # 091011-000555, so if you can bump it

How can we bump a ticket lol?
Make an official forum thread and I will gladly bump it

Same thing happened to me a few months back. Make a topic on offical forum, for subject I would suggest making it towards a GM, and there is also a special thread on firums called "Why was I banned?".

I suggest making a post in both that topic and also the Ares forum.

After not being logged in game for about 2 weeks I tried to log in and found out that on Oct 6 15:46 my account was banned for 999 days. I was not logged into game for days prior to this ban and it was on Oct 11 that I first tried to enter game. I sent in a ticket (091011-000555) and was told it was for inappropriate activity.

Since I'm the only person with access to my account, I'm afraid that my account was hacked. Could you please check the IP logs and/or give me an idea of what is going on?

He didn't have time to see the topic. He didn't answer me if it was moved to moderator section for further investigation.

What he did promise me is that he will bring this to the attention of Aleenia on Sunday (her week-end days are Fridays and Saturdays so she doesn't check messages until Sundays).
